- You can do Weatherization, including storm windows and doors, insulation, weather stripping
- You can purchase and install appliances, that includes free-standing ranges, refrigerators, washers/dryers, dishwashers and microwave ovens
- You can also have accessibility improvements for persons having disabilities
- You can also do Lead-based paint stabilization, etc.
- You can repair/replace/add exterior decks, patios, porches
- You can do basement finishing and remodeling in which no structural repairs are involved
- You can do basement waterproofing
- You can replace window and door and can do exterior wall re-siding
