Housing is a commodity that should be principally made available to everyone. It will even favor the Housing Finance Industry if it is done so. The economy cannot function without a properly functioning housing industry. The recent credit crunch consolidates this statement. Once government organizations have done their job, they should be disbanded as they will create problems in the economy at a later stage by burdening the tax payer.
